Appreciation of President Jokowi’s 10-year performance achievements in the fields of economics and infrastructure development

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) during his 10 year leadership period has continued to record various extraordinary performance achievements in various fields, including primarily the economic sector and infrastructure development in Indonesia.
The success of President Jokowi’s extraordinary performance achievements during the 10 years of leadership certainly deserves very high appreciation.
Because, thanks to President Joko Widodo’s leadership over the past 10 years or 2 periods, there have been quite a few extraordinary performance achievements, especially in the economic sector and also infrastructure development.
The Head of State said that in 2024 it will be 10 years since he has served as President of the Republic of Indonesia (RI), where even since he first received this great mandate, there have been many challenges that must be resolved appropriately.
So far, all the people of the country have continued to provide support and prayers which have been able to strengthen each other and become a source of strength to go step by step and face changes so that now Indonesia is able to become a more advanced country in the future.
During his 10 years of leadership, President Joko Widodo has been able to build various kinds of solid foundations for a new civilization with development that is Indonesia-centric and no longer Java-centric, namely building from the outskirts and outermost areas.
To date, successful development achievements and equitable distribution of infrastructure have resulted in 366 thousand kilometers of village roads, 1.9 million meters of village bridges, 2,700 kilometers of new toll roads, 6 thousand kilometers of national roads, 50 new ports and airports and 43 dams. new and covering 1.1 million hectares of new irrigation networks.
With equal distribution of infrastructure, Indonesia is able to reduce logistics costs from previously reaching up to 24 percent, but now it is only 14 percent.
The reduction in logistics costs also goes hand in hand with increasing competitiveness in the economic sector, where previously this nation was ranked 44th in the world, but is now 27th in the world.
All the policies and strategic steps that the government has taken so far have proven to be able to further strengthen unity because access has also become more equitable and fair, apart from making Indonesia a very resilient country with strong resilience in facing various shocks including the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change. to the heating up of world geopolitics.
Indonesia is even one of the few other countries in the world that is able to recover more quickly, and continues to experience maintained economic growth of around 5 percent, even though many developed countries are not growing or even slowing down.
Not half-heartedly, the Eastern Indonesia region even recorded economic growth of more than 6 percent, then North Maluku was able to grow to more than 20 percent.
Apart from that, inflation also continues to be controlled at around 2 to 3 percent at a time when many other countries in the world are experiencing extraordinary increases, some even reaching more than 200 percent.
Thanks to President Jokowi, the extreme poverty rate in the country was able to decrease from the previous 6.1 percent to 0.8 percent in 2024. Then the unemployment rate also continues to be depressed from the previous 5.7 percent to 4.8 percent.
The government also continues to strive to provide protection for lower economic communities so that the benefits are very broad. All of these achievements are development that all parties have aspired to for a long time because they can touch all levels of society and have an impact on the people at large to open up opportunities to grow together.
Regarding all the extraordinary performance achievements of the Head of State, the Chair of the Indonesian People’s Representative Council (DPR RI) Puan Maharani also expressed high appreciation for the government’s development achievements and fully supports the continued development of the National Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago.
To achieve national progress in welcoming a Golden Indonesia 2045, sustainable development is important to realize, because it will bring support in the form of accelerated investment.
Likewise, Deputy Chairman of the People’s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia (MPR RI), Ahmad Muzani also expressed his gratitude for the leadership and extraordinary performance of President Joko Widodo’s 10 year term of office.
So far, Indonesia has experienced a lot of development, especially when it was under the government of the seventh President of the Republic of Indonesia. Some developments include development infrastructure, the economy, law and the completion of various people’s prosperity programs.
High appreciation continues to come from various parties in response to the extraordinary performance achievements of the 10 years of President Joko Widodo’s (Jokowi) leadership, especially the country’s significant improvement in the economic sector and equitable infrastructure development for the welfare of all people without exception.
