Collaborating with BIN-guided PYCH, the Government is Committed to the Development of Papuan Human Resources

Assistance from the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) through the construction and inauguration of the PYCH Building has experienced great success in being able to create a leap in the development of young human resources in the Land of Papua.
The President of the Republic of Indonesia (RI), Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has officially opened the implementation of the Papua Street Carnival event which took place in Jayapura City, Papua, on Friday 7 July 2023. In his remarks, the Head of State gave his appreciation very high for the State Intelligence Agency (BIN).
How could it not be, the article is known that the initiator of the construction of the Papua Youth Creative Hub (PYCH) Building started from the initiative of the Head of BIN, Gen. Pol (Purn) Budi Gunawan, in which he saw and believed that young people in Cenderawasih Earth did have potential. very extraordinary talent, but it is still rarely exposed and not accompanied by good guidance or coaching and training in order to further develop this potential.
Therefore, the construction of the PYCH Building was carried out, the purpose of which was to become a place for the next generation of young people on Cenderawasih Earth to further hone their interests and talents, as well as further strengthen the unity and unity among the youth there.
Then, according to President Jokowi in his speech when opening the implementation of the Papua Street Carnival event, he stated that he had managed to see how a very big leap occurred from the work of young people on Cenderawasih Earth. Primarily, this big leap occurred after the construction and inauguration of the Papua Youth Creative Hub Building.
The reason is, indeed in the Papua Street Carnival, not a few of the young people who come from the easternmost province of the country all take part in enlivening and enlivening the activities with various kinds of works that they produce from the many backgrounds they have.
In fact, all the works and products that were successfully displayed in this activity amazed the Head of State, in which he claimed to have seen various kinds of original products from the younger generation of Papua, from coffee, smoked fish to products from local designers.
Knowing that there are many abilities and talents that are actually owned by the younger generation who will continue the nation from the Land of Papua, but so far there has been a lack of coaching and honing, so President Jokowi gave his appreciation to BIN for devoting their hard work tirelessly in carrying out support and coaching for young people.
It was not half-hearted, the results of the guidance carried out by the State Intelligence Agency were even then able to create many extraordinary leaps and the results could be felt and seen immediately. The seventh President of the Republic of Indonesia praised how the designer products exhibited at the Papua Street Carnival event according to him had very good designs because they were packaged very well with their own brand added and made as attractive as possible.
Furthermore, there is another very big leap that deserves high appreciation, namely when young people in Cenderawasih Earth are able to produce their own cellphones and laptops, all of which are carried out in eastern Indonesia, in the Land of Papua.
So it is very clear that the creative industries in the Land of Papua are experiencing very significant developments, especially for empowering human resources (HR), especially for youth in the region. All of the hard work that has been carried out by BIN, starting from how to initiate the construction of the PYCH Building to providing assistance and guidance, has all been paid off with maximum results in the development of young human resources there.
For information, the implementation of the Papua Street Carnival itself has a big theme, namely ‘Papua Extravaganza (The East Great Spirit)’, which indicates that in the easternmost province of the country itself, there is still great enthusiasm and hope to be able to achieve far-reaching prosperity. higher and also to experience significant development and even be able to compete with other communities in Indonesia to compete at the international level.
The existence of this activity was also enlivened by exhibitions of hundreds of creative Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors with thousands of other creative economic actors. Then, besides that, the committee itself has also prepared hundreds of decorative boats.
It can be seen from the impression that President Jokowi has, in which he agrees that there has indeed been a very big development in improving the quality of young human resources in the Land of Papua. All of these successes cannot be denied at all thanks to the guidance carried out by BIN through the construction and inauguration of the PYCH Building, so that the young generation of Bumi Cenderawasih have succeeded in making a very big leap for their development.
