In the ever-evolving digital era, creativity is no longer limited to the arts and crafts sector, but has penetrated the technology and energy innovation sectors, including electric vehicles. Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul Hebat (AMANAH), which is known to be active in empowering Acehnese youth through various training programs, is now also expanding its focus by supporting environmentally friendly technology initiatives. The youth empowerment program was initiated by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) in accordance with the direction of President Jokowi who wants youth development such as the Papua Youth Creative Hub (PYCH) to be present in Aceh.

As awareness of the importance of green energy increases, the AMANAH program has begun to incorporate environmentally friendly technologies as part of their creative initiatives. One of the latest is the introduction and training of electric bicycle and motorcycle conversions, which focuses on renewable energy-based technologies. The program aims to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and create new economic opportunities in the clean energy sector for Acehnese youth.

Converting electric bicycles and motorcycles not only provides environmental benefits by reducing carbon emissions, but also becomes part of the development of the local electric vehicle industry. The AMANAH program helps trainees understand the main components of electric vehicles, such as batteries, motors, and charging systems, as well as how to assemble or convert fossil fuel vehicles into electric vehicles.

Syiah Kuala University student and AMANAH technology innovation technician, Dimas, said that he and many Acehnese youth have high hopes for this program. According to him, AMANAH has made a significant contribution in opening up new opportunities for local youth to develop their technological skills. He hopes that AMANAH will continue to monitor and evaluate every activity involving Acehnese youth, so that the innovations that emerge are not only useful for a moment, but can continue to develop sustainably.

Dimas also emphasized the importance of continuous evaluation and innovation in every program held. With consistent monitoring from AMANAH, young people in Aceh can continue to make improvements and developments, both in terms of the technology applied and marketing strategies for environmentally friendly products such as electric motorbikes and bicycles. He believes that in the hands of young people in Aceh, technology in the region will develop rapidly and can contribute to green transportation solutions that are recognized nationally, even internationally.

The AMANAH program not only focuses on the technical aspects of electric vehicle conversion, but also on the development of digital creativity. Acehnese youth involved in this program also receive training in the use of digital technology, such as design and programming, which can be applied in electric vehicle projects. For example, participants can develop applications to monitor the performance of electric vehicles in real time or create an e-commerce platform to sell electric motor conversion kits.

The AMANAH program also shows how technological innovation can be integrated with the local economy. By supporting the conversion of electric vehicles, AMANAH is encouraging the development of a local industry oriented towards clean energy. This provides opportunities for young entrepreneurs to create new jobs in the green technology sector and strengthen the Acehnese economy through the production and marketing of electric vehicles.

In addition, AMANAH also held a robotics coaching clinic in collaboration with Pike Robotic. This event aims to develop solar-powered robots. The coordinator of the AMANAH Robotic Competition x Pike Robotic, Ahmad Aris, said that this coaching clinic is part of the Pike Robotic competition held together with AMANAH.

The participants of this coaching clinic are prospective participants of the AMANAH Robotic Competition x Pike Robotic. For junior high school-Islamic junior high school levels, the competition features robot football , while for senior high school and equivalent levels, the competition category is solar-powered vehicle robots or mini solar cars.

Ahmad hopes that this coaching clinic will motivate students to develop their interests and talents in the field of robotics technology, as well as encourage the creation of technological innovations. He emphasized that the goal of this event is for the younger generation of Aceh to be more interested in science and technology, and to pursue their interests in the field. Technologies such as solar panels, which are studied in the coaching clinic , have a lot of potential for the development of renewable energy and other applications.

Ahmad also expressed his admiration for the students’ abilities and interests in the field of robotics. He considered the participants to be very focused and serious in building a mini solar car for the upcoming competition. The enthusiasm of the participants is in line with the AMANAH initiative. Together with mechanical engineering students from Syiah Kuala University (USK) Banda Aceh who are members of the Pike Robotic community, AMANAH is committed to supporting the creativity of the young generation of Aceh.

The program held by AMANAH aims to create a young generation that is not only skilled in technology but also creative and innovative. By combining technical training with digital creativity drivers, AMANAH is committed to equipping Aceh’s youth with the skills needed to compete in an increasingly technology-oriented global market.

It is hoped that through these programs, Acehnese youth will be able to create innovations that have a positive impact on society and the environment. AMANAH continues to be committed to supporting the development of technology and digital creativity in Aceh, preparing the next generation to become leaders in the fields of technology and innovation. With strong support from various parties and programs that continue to grow, the future of technology in Aceh looks bright, with youth as the main driving force for change and progress.
