Inauguration of AMANAH Building President Jokowi’s Efforts to Improve the Quality of Young Human Resources
Aceh – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) continues to support the empowerment of young people and improve the quality of regional human resources through the Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul and Hebat (AMANAH). One of the real steps taken to support this vision is the establishment of the Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul Hebat (AMANAH) Building, which is designed as a center of innovation and creativity for young people in Aceh.
The new AMANAH building provides various sophisticated facilities specifically designed to support the creativity of the young generation of Aceh. The facilities aim to improve the quality of human resources of young people in the Aceh region so that they are able to compete on the national and global stage. This initiative is not only a strategic step to advance Aceh, but also reflects the government’s commitment to paying attention to the potential of the young generation as a pillar of national development.
Chairman of the BIN Strategic Analysis Council (DAS), Lieutenant General TNI (ret.) Dr. Muhammad Munir said that the AMANAH program has seven leading sectors as its main focus.
“AMANAH has seven leading sectors that are its main focus. One of these sectors is agriculture, which aims to empower young farmers throughout Aceh. This initiative goes beyond mere training, as the program creates an ecosystem that allows Aceh’s young generation to innovate and increase productivity in agriculture,” said Muhammad Munir.
Munir also said that the importance of synergy between the AMANAH program and other programs that are in line, such as the Papua Youth Creative Hub (PYCH). Collaboration between the two programs is expected to strengthen national food security.
“By likening Indonesia to a garuda bird, he explained that the east wing (Papua) and the west wing (Aceh) must be healthy and strong to ensure the garuda bird can fly high. This shows a great vision and hope for Aceh’s potential in the national economy,” he said.
Meanwhile, the President Director of PT Pupuk Indonesia, Rahmad Pribadi, said that AMANAH is a very important strategic step for the progress of youth in Aceh.
“Developing quality human resources among the younger generation is a long-term investment that will have a positive impact on the future of the nation,” added Rahmad.
Rahmad Pribadi also appreciated the initiative of BIN and stated that PT. Pupuk Indonesia is ready to collaborate in building superior and great young people, especially in the field of agriculture.
“The agenda not only provides training and education, but also opens access to develop skills that are relevant to industry needs. With the experience and expertise possessed by PT. Pupuk Indonesia, it is hoped that this program can provide a significant contribution to the development of Acehnese youth,” he concluded.
