Of course, how can the series of acts of terror that have been carried out by the separatist group continue to be reciprocated in proportion to the enforcement of very just and strict laws against them by the state so as to have a quite real deterrent effect for them.
It is known that so far there have been many various heinous and barbaric acts that have been carried out by this treason group, starting from the destruction of several state facilities, hostage-taking, criminal acts that have resulted in injuries to victims and even murders to the point of causing fatalities, which are often their victims. ranging from civil society itself to the security forces.
By knowing how KST Papua is doing, which is very troubling because of the various actions they have taken so far and have seriously endangered safety and peace among the people of Cenderawasih Earth, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) must have a firm and measured attitude.
For information, recently the Separatist and Terrorist Group shot a Papuan female activist named Michelle Kurisi Ndoga which caused the victim to die in Jayawijaya, Papua Mountain Province. Before being shot dead by the gang, they suspected that the activist intended to collect data on war refugees from the Nduga community.
In fact, she had no intention of doing that at all, Michelle Kurisi herself is a social activist who is widely known by the public because of how much concern she has for residents and children in all corners of the easternmost province in Indonesia.
The body of the humanitarian volunteer activist who was killed by KST Papua was later found in Kolowa Village, Lanny Jaya Regency, Mountainous Papua Province by security forces from the joint TNI and Polri forces. Suddenly, after the woman’s body was found, security forces immediately carried out a crime scene investigation (TKP).
Regarding the accusations made by the separatist gang that led them to shoot Michelle Kurisi dead, Head of Information for the XVII / Cenderawasih Regional Military Command (Kapendam) Lieutenant Colonel Infantry (Lt. Col. Inf) Johanis Parinussa emphasized that the female activist did not exist at all. its connection with the TNI and the data collection carried out by it is purely an effort to help refugees.
The TNI itself ensures that these humanitarian activists are civil society members who have a duty to carry out social activities and instead intend to collect data on refugees in Nduga so they can help the community. However, he was killed in a very sadistic manner by KST Papua.
After the murder and the discovery of Michelle Kurisi’s body, the Papua Regional Police (Polda) continued to carry out in-depth investigations to thoroughly investigate the case and enforce the law strictly and fairly against the perpetrators.
In addition, the Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of the Papua Regional Police, Police Commissioner (Kombes Pol) Ignatius Benny Ady Prabowo stressed that the public should not be provoked by various kinds of information spread by KST Papua on social media which is even more misleading.
Meanwhile, on another occasion, a number of Papuan youths from various social organizations (Ormas) stated that indeed all this time the Separatist and Terrorist Groups in Bumi Cenderawasih had often carried out a number of acts of violence and they were even considered to have damaged the image of the people in the Land of Papua itself, which where actually its citizens really love peace.
Therefore, the punishment is very strict and the pursuit of being able to catch all the Papuan KST perpetrators who carried out the shooting causing a woman activist to die must be intensified and should be supported by all elements of society in order to create a conducive situation again in the Land of Papua.
