Let’s Make Peace, Be Aware of the Hidden Agenda Behind Dark Indonesia

Jakarta – The public needs to be aware of the hidden agenda that can harm the nation in the wave of demonstrations of Dark Indonesia. The analysis was delivered by intelligence and geopolitical observer, Amir Hamzah, who said that the movement pattern in the Dark Indonesia actions showed a systematic and structured design, far from just conveying the spontaneous aspirations of the community.
“We see an unusual movement pattern, not just the aspirations of the people, but there is an effort to delegitimize the TNI as a state institution,” Amir stressed.
He explained that infiltration through anti-militarism propaganda and the spread of narratives on various social media is a classic pattern used to weaken the pillars of state defense. Amir also urged intelligence and security forces to move quickly to identify the actors suspected of being the masterminds of this movement.
“It does not mean that we ignore the legitimate aspirations of the people in a democratic system, but we must be able to distinguish between actions that genuinely voice the interests of the people and those that are covert operations to weaken the state,” Amir continued.
In the context of maintaining national order and stability, the government calls on the public to remain vigilant and not be easily provoked by divisive narratives. The public is asked to exercise their democratic rights peacefully and responsibly.
Unfortunately, during the demonstration on Thursday (3/27/2025), vandalism occurred against the Kujang Monument in Bogor City. The historic monument was covered in stickers and graffiti with messages against the TNI Law. Bogor community leader Harlan Bengardi regretted the action.
“Every year we maintain the Tugu Kujang area. Tidy it up, install ceramics, repair the plaque, and ask the department for greening. Because every August we use the Tugu Kujang to hold the Red and White Festival (FMP),” said Harlan.
He emphasized that expressing the correct opinion must be done in the correct way.
“When conveying the truth must be true and good, humble, patient, sincere. If yesterday was outside the corridor that should be done well and correctly,” he added.
The government, through inter-institutional coordination, affirms its commitment to maintaining a healthy democracy while securing national stability from hidden threats that have the potential to damage national unity.
