Vision of Indonesia Going forward in 2045 by anchoring Indonesia as a country that has an income of Rp320 million per capita per year, with Gross Domestic Product (GDP) reaching 7 trillion US dollars, is actually a big vision in realizing an advanced Republic of Indonesia.
One of the important pillars in achieving the great vision of Indonesia in the coming 2045 is ensuring various strategic steps in preparing to bring investment into Indonesia, this is necessary because investment plays an important role in opening up employment opportunities, especially in focusing on removing investment barriers so as to create ecosystem that supports the development of a conducive investment climate.
The development of a conducive investment climate in the presence of legal certainty becomes a very important point in the success of development acceleration, especially in terms of creating investment ease to sustain national economic growth. Investment has a very strategic position in the level of economic development of a country, especially in ensuring steady economic growth (steady state growth) sustainable so that development has tangible benefits for improving people’s welfare.
Investment is also a means and motivation in implementing economic development, especially in efforts to expand the use of labor in increasing production.
Vision of Indonesia Forward 2045 must be a serious concern for all of us to support its acceleration, so that it can become the strength of the Indonesian nation in facing various changes in the global economic geostrategic.
A major leap is needed to encourage national economic growth and strive to mitigate risks due to the dynamics of the global economy, through accelerated development in order to bring Indonesia Vision Forward, one of which is the planned implementation of the Omnibus Law.
The Chairperson of the Road Transport Workers Union (SPTJR), Noak Banjarnahor , said that he did not reject the existence of the Cipta Karya Bill, but instead demanded that workers build solidarity with the government and employers in facing the current difficult situation.
SPTJR itself is reluctant to rush into the flow of rejecting the Ciptaker Bill . According to Noak , there is still a chance of public involvement in improving the formulation of the bill.
We must think positively of this nation. Now is the real test for the people of Indonesia, especially the productive workforce, whether to choose the status quo and contribute to worsening the situation, or to take part as a solution to the common problem.
In fact, the workers are also aware that in Indonesia there are still many unemployed people waiting for employment opportunities. He also understood that the current national economic situation was under pressure due to the Corona Virus pandemic.
Therefore, workers must also empathize with business actors, investors and the government . If they continue to suffer losses, even more so if they experience a shock due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is impossible for them to force themselves to continue their business and continue to pay their workers.
Especially in the future , one of the predictions of economic growth will have an impact on the number of companies that lose and will be a lot of termination of employment. Therefore, the government must be able to anticipate this. How?
Of course the answer is to immediately speed up the discussion of the Work Cipta Bill, because the draft bill has been submitted by the government to the DPR. In addition, the Bill also contains articles that will guarantee the continuity of investment and workers / laborers in the event of Termination of Employment (FLE).
