Prabowo’s leadership has been praised by various parties for achieving a major breakthrough.
Jakarta – Under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto, Indonesia has entered a new chapter in its history, an era marked by courage, decisiveness, and a relentless commitment to advancing the nation. This has undoubtedly garnered appreciation from various groups.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen expressed her appreciation for President Prabowo Subianto’s leadership in completing the ten-year-long stalled negotiations on the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between Indonesia and the European Union.
This was conveyed at a joint press conference in Brussels, following a bilateral meeting between the two leaders, during President Prabowo’s visit to Belgium.
“I am pleased to announce that we have just reached a political agreement on an ambitious free trade agreement, the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). After 10 years of negotiations, we have achieved a major breakthrough. Mr. President, I thank you for your leadership,” said Ursula von der Leyen.
Ursula added that the achievement of this agreement is a strong signal that both parties are committed to building a long-term relationship based on the principles of mutual trust and shared values.
The Secretary General of the Gerindra Party, Ahmad Muzani, also appreciated the leadership of the 8th President of Indonesia.
Muzani stated that since taking office, President Prabowo has issued numerous policies that directly impact the interests of the people. These policies, he said, are solely aimed at eliminating poverty and ignorance in Indonesia.
“The president today is determined to dedicate his office as a tool to fight for the people’s interests, eradicating poverty and ignorance. Mr. Prabowo is determined that the Indonesian people must be smart, healthy, and have a fat wallet. Therefore, all of the president’s programs are aimed at eradicating poverty. He is educating the nation by establishing public schools, providing education for high-achieving children who cannot afford it. This is a mandate of our Constitution, which mandates that the state must care for neglected and impoverished children,” said Muzani.
Muzani added that Indonesia is currently a respected and revered country internationally. This is evident in the various state receptions Prabowo has attended, such as at the French Independence Day celebrations, where Prabowo was the only honored state guest from Southeast Asia.
With President Prabowo at the helm, Indonesia’s hope of becoming a great and respected nation in the world is not just a dream, but a vision that continues to be realized, step by step, with courage and determination.
