Pupuk Indonesia Supports BIN’s Amanah Program to Increase the Capacity of Acehnese Youth
Ladong, Aceh – President Director of PT. Pupuk Indonesia, Rahmad Pribadi, BBA, MPA, recently visited the Amanah Building in Ladong, Aceh. This building is a symbol of the Amanah program, which stands for Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul Hebat. This program is a strategic initiative designed to increase the capacity of Acehnese youth, initiated by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) of the Republic of Indonesia.
On that occasion, Rahmad Pribadi expressed his belief in the importance of the Amanah program for the progress of youth in Aceh.
“This is a super duper important strategic step. Because the key to Indonesia’s success in achieving the vision of Golden Indonesia lies in the quality of human resources of young people,” he said.
He emphasized that developing quality human resources (HR) among the younger generation is a long-term investment that will have a positive impact on the future of the nation.
Rahmad Pribadi also gave high appreciation to BIN for this strategic step initiative.
“I would like to express my highest appreciation to BIN for initiating this strategic step. Pupuk Indonesia is ready to collaborate and work together to build superior and great young people, especially in the field of agriculture,” he added.
The Amanah Program not only provides training and education to Acehnese youth, but also opens access to develop skills relevant to industry needs. In today’s era of globalization, skills in agriculture are very important, especially in facing the challenges of climate change and increasing demand for food.
With the support of PT. Pupuk Indonesia, which has experience and expertise in the field of agriculture, the Amanah program can make a significant contribution to the development of Acehnese youth.
Pupuk Indonesia’s direct involvement in the Aceh program is expected to provide motivation and inspiration for young people to innovate and contribute to the agricultural sector, which is one of the main pillars of the Indonesian economy.
Not only Pupuk Indonesia, the Amanah program is committed to continuing to collaborate with various other professional parties in an effort to increase the capacity of Acehnese youth.
With strong collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and the private sector, it is hoped that this program can expand its reach and impact, provide relevant training, and create opportunities for the younger generation.
