Religious Figures Emphasize That Anarchism Contradicts the Nation’s Noble Values
Jakarta – A wave of demonstrations, which has been ongoing since late August 2025, continues in various regions. It began with opposition to a salary increase for members of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), but has now spread to become a national movement involving thousands of students, workers, and even online motorcycle taxi communities.
This situation raises concerns about potential disruption to government stability if action does not quickly find a solution.

The General Chairperson of the Central Indonesian Hindu Dharma Parisada (PHDI), Major General TNI (Ret.) Wisnu Bawa Tenaya invited all people to unite and believe in God.
