The majority of infrastructure development is progressing significantly at IKN to facilitate the 79th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia

The majority of infrastructure development has been underway with significant progress in the National Capital City (IKN) of the archipelago. The government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) has carried out these acceleration efforts to support the smooth celebration of the 79th Independence Day (HUT RI), including the flag ceremony.

Because, on August 17 2024, the government will hold a flag ceremony in the National Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago, including a series of celebrations for the 79th Indonesian Independence Day there, therefore the smooth running of the procession really requires adequate infrastructure support.

The majority of infrastructure development in the National Capital City (IKN) of the archipelago has indeed progressed significantly to fully support the smooth running of the entire procession for celebrating the 79th Republic of Indonesia’s Independence Day.

It turns out that there is currently significant development there, including the ability to accommodate up to 2,800 guests during the 79th Indonesian Independence Day celebration ceremony.

Some of the infrastructure that has been built includes roads, airports and the central government core area (KIPP). The accelerated development of all infrastructure means that all the main supporting elements for the August 17 event can be ready to accommodate the number of thousands of participants in the 79th Indonesian Independence Day ceremony who will attend in the morning and afternoon.

Indeed, on August 17 2024 there will be something different in the holding of the Indonesian Independence Day commemoration ceremony which will take place in 2 places, namely at IKN directly with President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) as the leader and at the Jakarta State Palace with Vice President (Wapres) KH Ma’ruf Amin as the leader.
