Whereas previously there had been an official meeting with a number of labor representatives. Even though it was not completed at all, the decision obtained was according to plan, namely the workers supported the application of the Cipta Karya omnibus law scheme. These rights include: the right to wages, social security, protection of occupational safety and health, along with the right to terminate or terminate employment. Workers affected by Termination of employment or layoffs still receive compensation for layoffs in accordance with the provisions. Not only that, a complete discussion related to the Minimum Wage, the application of foreign workers and the transfer of technology is also clearly and clearly detailed.

In addition, the circulation of issues that can lead to unpleasant opinions must be suppressed by a number of parties. Supports and conditions the atmosphere more conducive, not even composting so that it is hot and crowded.
