GEMA Indonesia Together with Media, Politicians and Academics Campaigns Run Health Protocol
Jakarta, Cidiss.co – The Indonesian Student Movement (GEMA Indonesia) invites all components of society to follow the health protocol as one of the keys to the success of the New Normal policy amid the spread of the corona virus.
The invitation was wrapped through a video testimonial content by presenting several speakers who have high capacity in their fields, including the Chairman of the Golkar Party Faction in DKI Jakarta DPRD Basri Baco, Senior Journalist Sindo Mihardi and Rector of Univ. Islam Assafiyah Dr. Masduki Ahmad, MM.
In his presentation via video, Basri Baco invited the community to jointly fight Covid-19 by implementing a healthy lifestyle, physical distancing, diligent hand washing, and always wearing a mask.
“To break the chain of distribution of Covid-19 all levels of society must follow the government’s recommendations by implementing health protocols in their activities and following a healthy lifestyle,” he said in a video, Jakarta, Monday (7/20/2020).
He also invited people to always live a disciplined life, be careful, be vigilant because this virus is really real, not a conspiracy, not fake news, moreover, the positive numbers of Covid-19 in the country are still increasing.
“The public must always be disciplined, be careful because this virus exists and not lies so to break the chain of distribution of Covid-19 there is no choice we have to implement health protocols that are recommended by the government,” he said.
Meanwhile, Dr. Masduki Ahmad said for the sake of all of our safety and for the succession of the New Normal that had been decided by the Government, all parties must work together and remember each other right, because this virus has no cure.
“All parties must remind each other because this virus has no cure and Indonesia has been affected for 3 months so our economy is down,” he said.
He also invited people to be able to make peace with the corono virus but by always following the government’s advice by following the health protocol because it is the key so that we can live normally again.

Meanwhile Mihardi also explained that the role of the media also had a major contribution in disseminating information to the public.
“The media must have a capable source so that the news can be a refresher for the community,” he said.
He also invited the public to follow the health protocol that has been conveyed by the government for the success of the new normal and the media will always provide information that can be accounted for right.
“The media as an instrument of providing information will certainly continue to present accurate and capable news and invite the public to follow the government’s recommendations for the succession of our economic growth,” he said.
