President Joko Widodo, in his inauguration speech at the taking of the second presidential oath, said that the agenda was five visions, one of which was regulatory arrangement or commonly referred to as omnibuslaw. This omnibus law is considered as a Sapujagad regulation, where the initial rules which are overlapped are reconciled and simplified. Of course there are pros and cons, but as a form of adjustment that needs to be considered is the contents of the draft discussed at this time. This is our chance for entrepreneurship, the framing we need to build now is how we advance our nation by entrepreneurship.
The concept of Omnibuslaw is the Common Law System traditions adopted by countries in America with the concept for everything, meaning that this law regulates many issues, if in Indonesia there is Omnibuslaw Work and Taxation. With the emergence of this Omnibuslaw whether it will affect investment sebeb business people or businesses will be more pleased with the bureaucracy that is not long (concise), with the implementation of Omnibuslaw makes the administrative regime cut. The implementation of Omnibuslaw in Indonesia will cut down many laws and regulations, with this, the existing legislation such as government regulations, ministerial regulations and so on will also be cut off by itself so that it will save costs.
The number of entrepreneurs in our country is currently at 3%, how do we increase this number with the ease of licensing in entrepreneurship. The more employers there will be, the more labor absorption and our economy will be stronger.
