AMANAH as a Government Strategic Program Gives Birth to Potential Youth with Hope for the Future of Regional Industry

Aceh Youth Creative Hub (AYCH) or Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul dan Besar (AMANAH) as one of the government’s flagship strategic programs through the initiation of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) has succeeded in generating the potential of young people as future hope for the development and progress of regional industry.
With various kinds of provisions through education and training at AMANAH, these young people can further develop all the talents they have even in various fields. This will have a big impact on increasing regional industrial progress in the future.
Because in the future, the whole world will be increasingly competitive, so young people must have the quality and capability as human resources (HR) who are highly competitive so as not to be left behind and be able to face various challenges for the advancement of their regional industry. Through AMANAH as one of the government’s strategic programs, it is not impossible for all of these things to be realized.
As one example of the program’s concrete steps to increase the potential and quality of young people to create a bright future for the region’s industrial hopes, namely the implementation of the Meusaho Lam Nada singing competition.
One of the judges in this event, Nazar Apache, assessed that so far the competition held by AMANAH has indeed succeeded in producing various kinds of great potential from local youth.
No half-hearted, in fact, thanks to the various positive activities that took place through the initiation of the government’s superior and strategic program, there were many new talents who then emerged and became a very good light of hope for Aceh’s industry in the future.
This also includes the singing competition that AMANAH is holding, which is very helpful in channeling the creativity of the early generation of young people in the region nicknamed Rencong Country, so that they get very adequate facilities in order to produce their work professionally.
Therefore, what is the role of the government’s strategic program through the initiation of the institution led by Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan’s role in developing the potential of the young generation in Aceh is very significant.
Because of this real role which has a very positive impact on developing the interests, talents and potential of young people, many parties fully support and hope that the superior program in the era of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) can continue and be sustainable.
This program is a concrete answer to all the dreams of young people from the area nicknamed the Veranda of Mecca because they have longed for a creative space for quite a long time, but it turns out AMANAH is here to open up all opportunities and provide very real facilities.
Meanwhile, Head of the Atsiri Research Center (ARC) at Syiah Kuala University (USK), Dr. Syaifullah Muhammad stated that the presence of superior and strategic programs from the government through the initiation of BIN has brought in various kinds of very complete facilities so that it is not impossible to become a new economic driver in Aceh.
AMANAH has indeed helped the younger generation in various fields, including start-up businesses that can develop further. With this multifunctional building, they can all learn from each other and develop in many fields such as creativity, research and technology, entrepreneurship, creative industry, education, literacy, culture and language.
The Aneuk Muda Aceh Superior and Great Central Building indeed has many adequate, complete and modern facilities to support the independence of regional youth. There are at least 9 areas such as the multifunctional building, main building, men’s and women’s dormitories, prayer room, greenhouse building, refinery, ground water tank and generator house.
Not only does it provide facilities in the form of adequate infrastructure or facilities, but AMANAH also holds various kinds of training to increase their independence, competence and professionalism as business actors or young entrepreneurs.
So that later the young people of Rencong Country will be able to manage and market all products digitally, including taking advantage of technological developments in developing their businesses.
Another step taken by AMANAH to make young people the hope for the future of regional industry is by providing training that hones the innovation and marketing skills of handicraft players.
According to Fitriani, one of the training participants, the presence of guidance from the government’s strategic flagship program initiated by BIN had an impact on increasing the competitiveness of local craftsmen in Aceh.
Because so far the products they produce are still not optimal on the market, but since AMANAH’s arrival, they have been able to increasingly promote all community products to a wider market.
Indeed, AMANAH, as one of the government’s flagship strategic programs in the era of President Joko Widodo’s leadership, through the initiation of the State Intelligence Agency, has succeeded in continuing to produce the potential of local youth so that they can be the hope for a bright future for regional industry.
