Indonesia has long been a customer of terrorism. Various acts of terror that occurred in Indonesia are mostly based on deep-rooted radical understandings . Then radicalism leads to acts of terrorism which can be caused by several motives such as feeling dissatisfied, marginalized , hopeless and alienated .
Understanding terrorism or radicalism is a latent danger that must be addressed because it is an understanding of intolerance among the people. All levels of society indeed need to be vigilant because the spread of radicalism and terrorist movements may emerge at any time.
Being aware of this is not only the duty of the TNI and Polri but also of the entire community. As for the role of youth, among others must be vigilant against the turmoil of his existence, optimistic spirit, close ranks, strengthen faith, and make a shield so that it is not easily provoked by the doctrines of the radical understanding.
Currently the threat of drugs, terrorism, radicalism has been a concern and a concern of many parties. Of course, this is not only the responsibility of the state security apparatus but all elements of the nation.
An understanding of ideological ideas and already embedded in a person’s heart, will be so difficult to remove. For this reason, before understanding is rooted and rooted in mind, there needs to be a high degree of vigilance regarding it.

Groups that oppose the government and contain criminal acts in it need to be made aware by a personal approach that the crime does not bring any benefit to individuals but causes harm and even losses in life together and results in disunity.
This act of terrorism is also not at all justified by any religion, so there should not be hatred towards other religions, authorities, the environment, civilians and other nations . In addition, there is also a need for courage from the public to report when finding indications or events that lead to acts of terrorism.
That way, within the community there is the potential to take part in preventing the spread of radical understanding and acts of terror that will occur. This potential, of course, must be empowered by the government.
A close relationship between the government, especially the security forces and the community will be a fortress to prevent things that disturb security. Collaboration between the community and security forces must continue to be carried out to prevent acts of crime, terrorism and mass conflict.
