Determination of six members of the FPI as a suspect has dilaks the puppy transpara n . This stipulation has also followed the applicable legal instructions because the perpetrators were proven to have attacked law enforcers and committed acts of violence.
The government, through the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD, responded to the criticism of a number of parties against the steps taken by the Investigator of the General Crime Directorate of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police who named six FPI Laskar members as suspects. The six FPI soldiers were killed in a shootout that took place at KM 50 of the Jakarta – Cikampek toll road.
On the occasion of a press conference, Mahfud said, there was public laughter at first, many people mocked or made fun of it , why did the dead people be made suspects, the six soldiers were made suspects by the police. Apparently this was just a legal construction, made a suspect a day, then after that the case was declared null and void.
This is because the legal construction built by Komnas HAM stated that someone who was an FPI Laskar lured the security forces. Then, the FPI Laskar committed acts of violence and was found carrying weapons. This is evidenced by the presence of weapons, projectiles and Komnas HAM reports.
Therefore, Mahfud explained why the police made the six people who had been buried as suspects first.
So, because the number of people who died was six people who later became suspects, of course the killer was sought, so he would be constructed first, he was a suspect, because he provoked the authorities to commit acts of violence by carrying weapons.
Mahfud MD said that Komnas HAM found three members of the police who made three pilisi who made six soldiers of the FPI. After it was discovered that the legal construction of the six people was announced by the police, the case was dismissed, in a language that is often referred to as SP3, but there is no need for SP3, it is sufficient to say that the case is null and void in accordance with the provisions of the law that the suspect who has died, the case is invalid. .
He also asked anyone, including the Murder Incident Guard Team (TP3), the six FPI troops who were guarding Habib Rizieq to bring other evidence into the trial process later.
Mahfud also emphasized that the government, including President Joko Widodo, had never intervened in the Komnas HAM investigation regarding the death of six FPI Laskar members at the Cikampek KM50 toll road. Mahfud said the president’s move to provide space for Komnas HAM to conduct an investigation was believed to be the most appropriate.
Mahfud said that the government had fully handed over the investigation of the death of members of the FPI laskar to Komnas HAM. If, Komnas HAM decides to form the TPGF under the auspices of this agency, the regulations allow it.
On a different occasion, the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono, stated that the suspect status of the six members of the FPI Laskar was also killed.
He explained that the termination of this case was in accordance with Article 109 of the Criminal Code because the suspect had passed away.
Thus, all investigations in the case and the status of suspects in the six FPI troops are no longer valid before the law.
Meanwhile, in connection with this case, Argo said, pengi dik has published a Police Report (LP) about the alleged unlawful killings by the police against four of the six members of the FPI army who died.
He said that currently there are three police officers from Polda Metro Jaya who have reported status.
Menu rut Argo, it is in conformity with the instructions of Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo to pursue the recommendations and findings of the Human Rights Commission about this case.
Previously, it was reported that the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit named six FPI Laskar members who died at Kilome ter 50 of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road as suspects in the attack on members of the National Police.
On a different occasion, the director of General Crimes, Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Andi Rian, said that the National Police would immediately submit the case files for the alleged assault case to the AGO.
According to Andi, the transfer of case files to the investigating prosecutors was aimed at examining the case. This is because the six suspects who were the FPI’s guardian force died during the clash incident.
Later, the investigating prosecutor will also consider whether the case of the alleged attack of the six members of the FPI laskar against members of the National Police has been stopped or not.
All legal proceedings must of course be respected, so that anyone who has evidence related to the deaths of 6 FPI laskar, can be put together during the trial process without being covered up, including projectile evidence that is suspected to belong to the FPI army.
