The situation in Papua and West Papua tends to be safe and conducive, especially ahead of the anniversary of the Free Papua Organization (OPM). Papuans also tend to reject the celebration given the actions of the OPM who carried out vicious actions against the community. Learning from experience, this OPM is the basis of hard-line groups and adopts radical ideas in Papua. Not only is it cruel and brutal, this group is also wary of a number of parties, especially the security forces. Because, the movement also unsettles residents. Its work in the case of seeking Independence of the shelves has never subsided, so often this becomes a polemic for Papua itself.
Because, Papua refused independence, they felt they had become part of the Homeland and were inseparable. From the beginning until later, both de Facto and de jure. Nationally and internationally. So whatever happens, this OPM is so disturbing the security and peace of the Earth of Paradise people. This OPM is a separatist group that often commits atrocities against civilians. In fact, approaching December 1, the public was asked to remain vigilant because this group often carried out brutal actions to show their existence.
