Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – Regional Government election will be held on next December 2015. It made State Minister for the Empowerment of State Apparatus – Bureaucracy Reformation (Kementerian Negara Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara-Reformasi Birokrasi) Yuddy Chrisnandi issued letter about neutral of State Apparatus in the election process.

Regional government election will held together in all Indonesia on 9 December 2015. That day is Wednesday, and it is work day. So, he asked to all state apparatus must be neutral on the election.

In Kalimantan, there will be governor election in South and Central Kalimantan. Then, regent election will be held especially to Kotawaringin Timur regency.

“The letter about neutral of state apparatus in regional government election has issued today, Friday (24/7/2015),” Said Yuddy like quote in Borneo News, Saturday (25/7/2015).

According to Yuddy, the letter of Menpan-RB No B/2355/M.PANRB/07/2015 explain clearly to the law no 5 year 2014 about state apparatus, Law no 23 year 2014 about regional autonomy, then Indonesian government regulation no 53 year 2010 about discipline of state apparatus.

He explain, the content of the letter is forbid to all state apparatus engage in campaign, both become a member or committee.

“All state apparatus is not allowed to use state facility to campaign. Besides that, they are also not allowed disturb the process of campaign of regional candidate,” said Yuddy.
