Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – The obstructed to the implement of forestry program in Forest area in Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan, such as, reforestation. It is caused by many area of forest belong to citizenry.
Besides that, many areas of critic land that has been plan for reforestation, is on unclear status. Especially to the forest area case, the area belongs to citizenry, like said of Regent of Katingan, Tenglie.
“The main problem is generally in technical case, in using of fund and managed by Indonesian Government,” Said him like quote in Borneo News, Friday (24/7/2015).
As consequence of many areas belongs to citizenry, then forestry program do not work properly. Regent Tenglie said, the fund only taken Rp 56.621.902.521 or about 41 percent of available fund.
