Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – The government of Kotawaringin Timur, Central Kalimantan anticipate of overpopulation and unemployment cause by increase of people come to Regency of Kotawaringin Timur after Ied Fitri. Then, government does people operation to control and kept the people. It’s also anticipated of the much of people coming to Kotawaringin Timur regency without a purpose.
“I command to official state to do people operation as fast, it has big effect. Don’t become district load,” said Vice regent of Kotawaringin Timur, M.Taufiq Mukri, like quote in Antara Kalteng, Thursday (23/7).
It has been a yearly phenomenon in Kotawaringin Timur, the district has many arrival who will seek a job from outside of Kotawaringin Timur regency. By increasing on economic sector, then much big company of palm oil plantation, it made this regency look good for who seek for the job.
“Everybody has right, where they will go and we can’t forbid. We only anticipate the possibility of overpopulation and unemployment,” said Him.
Much arrival from outside of Kotawaringin Timur, moreover, most of them come to Kotawaringin Timur without certainty where they will work.
“Every year, there is always population increasing, that is 10 percent,” said Him.
