Very high appreciation should be given to the efforts and actions to enforce the law in a very firm and measurable manner against the Papuan Separatist and Terrorist Group (KSTP) in Ilaga by security forces from joint personnel. The reason is that it is known that the separatist gang had set fire to housing for Health Care Workers (Nakes), which was actually intended to further ensure the improvement of the health sector in Bumi Cenderawasih.
The Separatist and Terrorist Group in Papua (KSTP) has indeed continued and always carried out various kinds of criminal acts, even in very cruel and barbaric ways without recognizing human rights (HAM). They continue to carry out various kinds of acts of terror that are very worrying and threaten the safety and even the lives of indigenous Papuan civilians (OAP) in Cenderawasih Earth itself.
In fact, it is not uncommon for them to always damage various kinds of public facilities and facilities that have been built by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI), even though it is actually for the good and to improve the welfare of the people in the easternmost province of the country itself.
As a result, the government’s ongoing efforts, namely to accelerate welfare improvements and also accelerate efforts for equality in all regions and all corners of the country, have been greatly hampered due to the many actions carried out by KSTP.
In this latest case, the separatist gang set fire to the area housing Health Workers (Nakes) in the Regional General Hospital Complex (RSUD) Kibogolome Village, Ilaga District, Puncak Regency, Central Papua Province.
It is known that the burning was carried out by KSTP in Puncak, the Head Water area on Monday, September 11, 2023. It is clear that the burning incident is a very ironic thing because it is actually in the midst of enthusiasm from various parties and various groups to be able to provide safe and quiet housing for health workers, so that they can concentrate fully in order to help maintain and improve the health of the entire community. in Papua itself, but it must be disrupted.
Moreover, the health workers’ housing had just been built and had not even been occupied at all by Indonesian health workers assigned to Bumi Cenderawasih. However, it is very unfortunate because the housing complex for health workers has now been attacked by the red rooster because it was burned down by KSTP.
Even so, fortunately, there was a Joint Patrol from the Mobile Yonif Raider 300 / BJW Border Security Task Force (Satgas Pamtas) and also the Elang Task Force in the Ilaga area who were passing through and were able to immediately assist in the extinguishing process.
Furthermore, it is also known that as many as 2 (two) members of the separatist gang in Bumi Cenderawasih were also seen at the scene of the incident, but they fled to the Head Aor village area when they were about to be arrested by security forces. Then in the end the officers immediately opened fire on them.
Head of Information for the Joint Regional Defense Command (Kapen Kogabwilhan) III, Colonel Czi GN, Suriastawa, confirmed that the health worker’s housing was burned and there was also a firefight. Apart from that, the Bais Task Force in the Ilaga area also provided information that one KSTP victim had indeed died.
The chronology of the firm and measurable actions taken by the security forces from the joint personnel is that, before the burning of the health worker’s housing and also the firefight with the terrorist group took place, officers from the Joint Pamtas Mobile Yonif Raider 300 / BJW Task Force with the Elang Task Force in the Ilaga area discovered 2 (two) KSTP people carrying weapons near the Telkomsel Tower, Nipuralome Village, Ilaga District.
Then the two perpetrators were immediately chased towards Arumaga Village. While conducting a search around the house, honai and church in Arumaga Village, Praka Lutfi Sniper 300 / BJW saw 3 (three) KSTP members carrying two long barrels running up to a height, so they immediately fired warning shots but In fact, with the warning shots, the separatist gang responded with shots, so that a firefight could not be avoided. From drone monitoring results, it was discovered that one KSTP member was killed and was dragged by his friend towards the valley.
On another occasion, young people in Papua who are members of the Barisan Mera Putih (BMP) fully support the efforts of the security forces, joint TNI and Polri personnel, to be able to enforce the law very firmly and specifically against KSTP because they often carry out various acts of violence. which has injured the people of Cenderawasih Earth itself.
KST is a separatist group that has caused the Papuan people to become increasingly miserable. The Papuan people, without exception, support law enforcement efforts against this group, so that peace in Papua can always be maintained.
