Synergy for Silencing Terrorism

Eradicating terrorism is now not only the responsibility of the government, but all elements in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Given this action was deliberately carried out in order to give fear and will affect security stability. Reflecting on the ongoing terrorist bombings, it is necessary for all elements of the community to work together to silence terrorism.
Say dare to terrorism! What should be feared, they are just a bunch of irresponsible people. Radical terror groups certainly want a country to be a mess. the implication is that they will become rulers in the country of their victims. It is quite possible that Indonesia has also been hit, given the number of reports related to terrorism has increased over time. The latest is the suicide bombing incident in the city of Medan, a few days ago.
When viewed from the target, this terrorism victim also indiscriminately. In fact, even though children are halal for them to be prey, sad. If it is so terror that aims to express fear and anxiety they will get. People or parties who are afraid will certainly not focus, so that the perpetrators of terrorism will easily infiltrate it. Including recruiting members with a variety of false propaganda under the guise of religion.
Whereas in any religion, any institution has never taught that dishonorable thing. Then, how do they get this distorted understanding? Actually there are many factors, for example economic, education, social environment and also others. This problem seems to be an endless chain. However, that does not mean it can not be overcome, right? The key is unity. Because terrorism is aiming for division, in order to destabilize security. Therefore, various appeals to continue to increase vigilance related to this action are intensively carried out. The public is increasingly aware of the dangers of terrorists.
A similar opinion came from the PBNU Ketum Said Aqil Siroj when he met National Police Chief General Idham Azis at the PBNU office, Central Jakarta. Said stressed that terrorists are common enemies. He said if NU and the National Police would always join hands to strengthen civil society, social structure and community togetherness, including the four pillars of nationalism. Namely, Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, NKRI and Unity in Diversity.
Civil Society is a hallmark of a civilized society in terms of building, living, and interpreting their lives. Without strengthening this Civil Society system, the social structure will be porous, like a Middle Eastern country. Which only has tribes and political parties. While in the archipelago has a diverse social structure. Starting from NU, Muhammadiyah, to other mass organizations. Although these mass organizations are more inclined towards national politics.
Said also appreciated the TNI-Polri who had secured and succeeded the legislative and presidential elections some time ago. Because, as we know, both of these momentum can not surpass Indonesia. In our country the election event for the people’s representatives was considered quite crowded. In fact, it can trigger a “hot” situation between political parties and their supporting communities. Nevertheless, all can be passed safely and peacefully. He also hopes that the election of government representatives in the future can also be done safely and peacefully.
In line with the statement of DPR Member NasDem Faction Martin Manurung, who participated in condemning the suicide bombing at Mapolrestabes Medan, North Sumatra. He also explicitly said that terrorism is a common enemy. He added that there should not be room for such deviant actions. Because terrorist attacks can occur, anytime and anywhere. He also asked the public to continue to unite in helping the government and law enforcement to anticipate terrorism. Because law enforcement cannot work alone against terrorism. Continuity of security must of course be created in cooperation. So that everything becomes stronger and stronger.
This terrorism is like Ameba, they seem to be able to live again even though their bodies have been torn to pieces. This shows that their existence is strong enough to dominate a country. In fact, a calm situation can be immediately chaotic when these terrorists in action. Therefore, let’s grow a sense of unity and unity, and maintain tolerance between religious communities in order to avoid this exposure to terrorism. Because, they are a common enemy that must be fought and suppressed to the root.
