DOB Papua Improves the Quality of Papua’s Young Generation
Papua — The existence of the New Autonomous Region (DOB) in Papua provides many opportunities for progress for young Papuan people. The young generation there can certainly gain a lot of knowledge and knowledge in improving their skills and can achieve and accomplish many things.
Young Papuan intellectual, Arman Wakum, said that the Papua Special Region by adding four new provinces could provide opportunities and a good quality of life for Papuan youth.
“With the existence of new autonomous regions in Tanah Papua, I think there will be a lot of progress, especially for young people, because opportunities will be opened for them. “For example, opening up opportunities for work, education, works or creative work, and other potential that can be developed by young people,” said Arman Wakim.
“I hope that with the DOB, many young people will stand up and work there. Not only in one field, but in many fields such as economics, education, culture and tourism. “I also hope that young Papuan people who have potential can be recruited or invited by the Government to work together to advance the Earth of Cenderawasih,” he said.
Furthermore, Arman Wakum said that the resistance of young people in the Papua Special Region could bring many benefits and advantages to the Land of Papua. Collaboration from various parties is also considered important in developing and advancing Papua.
“There is one more important thing, namely collaboration, both collaboration between young people or with fellow Indigenous Papuans (OAP), as well as collaborating with friends from other regions (non-Papuans) who have ideas to exchange input and ideas regarding the progress of the Land. Papua. “The key word here is that young people must have lots of ideas and be willing to execute them, so that the impact will be extraordinary,” he added.
On the same occasion, Arman Wakum invited all young people, especially young Papuans, to take advantage of the time available to continue to be enthusiastic about carrying out education to advance Papua.
“I advise all Papuan young people to study hard and go to school, and take advantage of the time available to create and channel various kinds of creative ideas in any field such as art, music, fashion, food, and so on. With ideas, hard work, discipline and responsibility we can achieve our goals. “Papua will also be a region that continues to progress in the future,” he concluded.
