The Job Creation Perppu is a regulation that was recently passed by the government. All party including group laborer requested for could appreciate and understand rule the before express his aspirations .
Creation Perppu was passed and was greeted with protests from the workers. They claimed they did not like this rule for reasons of restraint. Even though the Perppu was made for the welfare of the people, including the workers. The majority of Indonesian people are workers so the government will never make regulations that are detrimental to its citizens.
After the Job Creation Perppu was announced in the media, some workers became angry and demonstrated against it. However , the President of the Labor Party issued a statement declaring his own weakness.
Labor Party President Said Iqbal admitted that he had not read the entire contents of Perppu Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation which contains 1,117 pages and 186 articles.
Said Iqbal’s statement is certainly surprising because as party president, he must update regarding the rules law . However it turns out he did not read the Perppu Cipta Kerja in its entirety and disappointed his supporters .
It would be a shame if the Labor Party leadership did not read the entire article in the Job Creation Perppu . Though rules This is very important for workers and cannot only be seen in part (from the employment cluster). Or maybe he just skimmed through the articles on workers in the Perppu and then made his own conclusions.
Creation Perppu must be seen as a whole. There are many articles, but they are important for regulating the lives of the Indonesian people.
If seen only partially then the meaning can be different. A rule must be read and understood from beginning to end. Instead of reading it in part and then protesting and demonstrating on a large scale.

Regarding the minimum wage regulations in Perppu Creator there is a change. In Article 88F of the Job Creation Perppu , the minimum wage is based on certain circumstances and based on the social conditions of the community.
Workers don’t have to worry about their wages being reduced because of the Job Creation Perppu . The reason is because the making of the provincial minimum wage must have been done wisely by the governor and his staff . They are unlikely to make a minimum wage that is way below standard.
Moreover , the minimum wage for workers is given to those who work under 12 months. Meanwhile, permanent employees who work for more than a year will receive a salary above the UMP.
Then, workers are still entitled to severance pay based on the Job Creation Perppu . In fact, apart from severance pay, there are also other benefits. Such as training and new job information. They will not be unemployed for long because they will soon find work new .
Another regulation in the Job Creation Perppu that is highlighted is the right to leave for female workers. This right is not waived, and female workers may take maternity leave for up to 6 months. The duration increased from only 3 to 6 months.
The government has proven that every regulation made is very pro-women. Including the Job Creation Perppu . The public is asked to be more careful and not just accuse, let alone be taken in by hoax news about the Perppu .
