Jakarta – Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan, SH, M.Si attended the launching and release of athletes from the Jakarta BIN Women’s Volleyball Team and the Jakarta STIN Men’s Volleyball Team, at the BIN Sports Hall, Jakarta, on Sunday (21/4/2024).

In his speech, the Head of BIN said that the Jakarta BIN Women’s and Jakarta STIN Men’s Volleyball Teams were a collection of the best athletes and star players.

Furthermore, the Head of BIN said that this ceremonial event was one of the traditions of the State Intelligence Agency.

Everyone is a big family, he continued, who are in the same boat, where the Jakarta BIN Women’s Volleyball Team and the Jakarta STIN BIN Men’s Volleyball Team will fight to carry the good name of BIN.

“Therefore, it is very appropriate for us to celebrate with a ceremony because it will bring the good name of the institution,” said the Head of BIN.

The head of BIN also believes that the Jakarta BIN Women’s Volleyball Team and the Jakarta STIN BIN Men’s Volleyball Team can become champions in the 2024 Proliga.

“God willing, we can become Proliga champions in 2024,” said the Head of BIN.

On this occasion, Chairman of the National Intelligence Agency Sports Association (PORBIN) Komjen Pol Bambang Sunarwibowo said that management had made preparations and put together a thorough strategy to achieve victory, starting from the composition of players, coaching team, support for facilities and infrastructure, as well as other essential things. what the team needs.

“Management and PORBIN are committed to continuing to make the best efforts to improve future achievements,” said Bambang.

The Chairperson of PORBIN hopes that the Jakarta BIN Women’s Volleyball Team and the Jakarta STIN BIN Men’s Volleyball Team can continue to make achievements and make the Indonesian nation proud, both on the national and international stage.

Bambang Sunarwibowo also explained that the formation of these two volleyball teams was a form of follow-up or real implementation of BIN’s hopes, commitment and attention under the leadership of the Head of BIN Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan, SH, M.Sc.
