Rapimnas V PPP in Sleman: PPP is very open in supporting the 2024 presidential and vice presidential candidates

Sleman – The Fifth National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) of the United Development Party (PPP) was held in Sleman, Yogyakarta on Tuesday (25/04/2024).

Plt. The chairman of PPP, Muhamad Mardiono, revealed that in the midst of very dynamic national political dynamics, the PPP party must be ready to cooperate with all parties.

In addition, he added that PPP is currently very open in contesting the 2024 Election, including in supporting the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential candidacy.

“Even though PPP is part of the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB), this will not interfere with PPP’s political choices or attitudes to support certain presidential candidates,” concluded Mardiono.

With the dynamics of national politics running dynamically, he emphasized that PPP is ready to cooperate with internal and external parties for a common goal.

Meanwhile, Secretary General of the PPP Party, Arwani Thomafi also revealed that there was no longer any talk of postponing the election. So that the determination of presidential and vice presidential candidates is one of the interesting issues at this time.

“PPP, which is currently part of the United Indonesia Coalition, PPP must also take strategic steps so as not to lose momentum,” he said.
