Running Intensely, STIN BIN Rises Up to Beat Jakarta Bhayangkara Precision in the First Match of the 2023 Proliga Final Four

East Java – The Jakarta men’s volleyball team STIN BIN managed to beat Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi in the first match of the 2023 Proliga final with a score of 3-2 (23-25, 25-18, 25-17, 22-25, 17-15). The Professional Volleyball event took place at the Tri Dharma Gresik Gymnasium, East Java, Thursday 23 February. The match was tight and only STIN BIN could win with a score of 3-2 (23-25, 25-18, 25-17, 22-25, 17-15).

Assistant coach for Jakarta STIN BIN Agus Jumaedi revealed that there had been tension due to the substitution of the middle blocker in the fourth set. Isac Viana Santos was replaced by Ujang Nandar.

“Thank God, this is clear luck, but indeed the mistake was there, so when the replacement of Isac and Ujang was finally tense, attacking was rather difficult, that’s what happened, but still luck because of Allah,” said Agus in a written statement, Friday (24/2/ 2023)

The match took place fiercely where the first set was won by Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi with a score of 23-25. But the next two sets were crushed by Jakarta STIN BIN with a score of 25-18 in the second set and 25-17 in the third set.

In the fourth set, it was tighter, both teams had the same number of points, namely 13-13 then 14-14. The match was getting tighter because the two teams continued to compete for points.

Finally, in the decisive set, namely the fifth set, STIN BIN, who still faced fierce resistance from Bhayangkara Presisi, was able to get up with high confidence and gain points and finally won with a score of 17-15.

Once again, the athletes coached by Porbin were able to show their enthusiasm and brilliant abilities.

According to BIN Chief General Police (Purn) Budi Gunawan, SH, M.Sc., Ph.D., the formation of Porbin is a form of BIN’s commitment to the development of sports in Indonesia.

“This year we are starting to pay special attention to sports development. Because we want another effort to pioneer the return to the glorious era of achievement sports in the country,” said Police General (Purn) Budi Gunawan in a written statement to the media.
