This support will certainly be very useful for the progress of IKN development. One of the supports came from the Chairman of the East Kalimantan Dayak Alliance (PDKT) Syaharie Jaang. He appealed to all the country’s children in Kalimantan, especially East Kalimantan, he also asked the people of Kalimantan to always maintain cohesiveness, security and conduciveness.

On the other hand, Samarinda is committed to flood control, then continues to increase HR capacity and various other efforts. Everything is done early to welcome IKN so that the community becomes subjects, not spectators when IKN has moved to Kalimantan.

The decision to move IKN from Jakarta to Kalimantan seems to bring new commitment and enthusiasm to the people of Kalimantan.

River revitalization to flood control is proof that the presence of IKN can bring big changes to Kalimantan.

Previously, the Dayak Paser Community expressed their support for President Jokowi’s decision to move the National Capital from Jakarta to North Penajam Paser and Kutai Kartanegara Regencies, East Kalimantan.

This support was actualized by the Paser Traditional Institution of North Penajam Paser Regency by holding the Tambak Pulut and Tepung Tawar traditional rituals.
