Youth Leader Tabi Martinus Kasuay: Eradicate KST Papua to its Roots Because it Obstacles the Development of Cendrawasih Earth

Jayapura – Youth leader Tabi Martinus Kasuay emphasized that KST Papua must be eradicated from its roots so as not to hinder development in Cendrawasih Earth.

Separatist groups can hinder development in Papua and also unsettle the Papuan people in developing their region, said Tabi Youth Leader Martinus Kasuay during an interview in Jayapura Monday (20/2/2023).

Martinus added, the brutal actions carried out by KST Papua must not be tolerated by the security forces so that there will be no unrest among the people in advancing Papua.

There should be no omissions so that there will be no unrest in the community, especially in advancing their respective regions in Papua, said the Tabi Papuan youth leader.

Martinus Kasuay wants joint security to be carried out by various parties, including security forces, in this case the TNI and Polri.

“Let’s maintain security together, meaning that this security is not only for the authorities but also for us to protect each other, starting from community leaders, youth leaders, and religious leaders,” said Martinus.

All parties must be able to create peace in their own areas so that development in Papua can touch the grassroots.
