Acting Regent of Nagan Raya Fitriany Farhas: AMANAH Program Makes Aceh’s Young Generation More Superior
Aceh — The Aneuk Muda Aceh Excellent and Great (AMANAH) program initiated by BIN is very necessary for Aceh, because Aceh is a region filled with talented young people who have the capacity and competence to take Aceh in a more advanced direction.
Acting Regent of Nagan Raya, Fitriany Farhas, said that his party wants to develop the potential of young people in Aceh through the AMANAH program so that Aceh does not lack superior Human Resources (HR).
“I want to bring young people in Aceh, especially in the Nagan Raya area, to be able to develop their potential starting from fisheries, agriculture, MSMEs, even in the IT sector through the AMANAH program,” he concluded.
I am sure that young people in Aceh have high creative ideas and have enormous potential. “So, I fully support this AMANAH program,” said Acting Regent of Nagan Raya Fitriany Farhas when he was a resource person in the Pancasila TV National Dialogue Program via Online in Aceh Friday, 19/4/2024.
Fitriany Farhas also added that the strength of human resources greatly influences economic improvement and natural resource development. The AMANAH program is considered appropriate because it can be a forum for the younger generation to carry out activities that support the economy in the Aceh region.
“If natural resources are not supported by qualified human resources, it will not be able to improve the economy in any way. “I feel confident that the AMANAH program will act as a forum or shelter for young people to share their ideas, innovations and creativity in supporting the Aceh regional economy,” he added.
Fitriany also emphasized that with the AMANAH program, Acehnese young people can channel their interests and talents which so far have not had a platform for this. The main priority for them is full support from the Government to accompany them so they can become independent and superior young people.
“The AMANAH program is a platform provided by the Government for young people in Aceh to channel and process ideas and develop their potential. “This can happen if these young people are fully supported and accompanied by the Government so that they can be independent, superior and competitive,” said the Acting Regent of Nagan Raya.
In this way, he hopes that the AMANAH program is right on target so that young people who have creativity and bright ideas can be channeled optimally to develop and advance Aceh.
“I hope that this program is right on target, right on time, right for use and for the right people. So, young people who have innovation can channel their talents and skills to develop Aceh. “They will also be educated so they can become superior young people,” he concluded.
