Security Apparatus Ready to Secure the Inauguration of the Elected President and Vice President

Support for the inauguration of the elected President and Vice President came from various parties. Starting from the community to the political elite. The TNI seems to have also been ready to welcome this event. This was reflected when the TNI teamed up with the Police to oversee and secure the inauguration procession, but without its defense equipment.
Previously, the news about the anarchist-led demonstration had been ridden by a group or parties who deliberately used the situation to try to overthrow the number one person in Indonesia. Not one or two rumors, even this news filled the public space. There are indications of the destructive political interests that are detrimental to various parties, including students as a place to infiltrate these elements.
However, the government and security forces moved quickly so that they were prepared to take firm action against anyone who would attempt to cancel the inauguration ceremony. A similar sentiment was also expressed by Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto as the TNI Commander. He stated if his institution was ready to support the police to secure the inauguration on October 20, 2019.
Hadi explained that his party would coordinate with the police regarding the number of soldiers that would be needed to secure preparations to the inauguration of the president and vice president. However, it will not use defense equipment in the process.
Meanwhile, the MPR’s top state institution has scheduled the inauguration of Jokowi and Ma’ruf Amin on October 20 as the President and Vice President elected for the 2019 Election results. Previously it was heard that the inauguration proposal would be advanced to October 19, 2019. However, matters The Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung dismissed that said, that the procession remained according to the schedule set by the KPU (General Election Commission).
Pramono explained that the inauguration had been decided by the KPU because the DPR period and the period were certainly 5 years. According to him, this term of office may not be advanced or pushed back from the established schedule. So that this inauguration is certain to continue on the 20th of October.
Regarding the support of the inauguration procession, the Jokowi and Ma’ruf Amin escort actions were held by the National Care Movement which took place at the Aspiration Park, Jakarta. Related to this, the alliance had raised the issue of riots in front of the Parliament Building, the result of provocation from those who wanted to thwart the Jokowi-Ma’ruf inauguration procession. From there then continued to riots in Papua, even with a number of student demonstrations that led to riots in several areas. But Ronald did not elaborate on groups who wanted to try to thwart the inauguration. He stated that it was impossible for students to carry arrow-type weapons as well as Molotov cocktails. This indicates that there are radicals and intruders who participated in the demonstration.
Ronald continued if the agenda was preparations for the inauguration day for the elected president and vice president, which will be held on 20 October. In addition to the city of Jakarta, he said it would also hold a grand apple event in the city of Bandung, the city of Surabaya, and the city of Sumedang.

They firmly stated that they were ready to guard the constitution, and the inauguration procession of the President. Apart from the news and issues of overthrowing governance, this inauguration is the culmination of a democratic party (Election) which was held several months ago.
