Optimization of public services has increased very significantly, this has happened thanks to the division of regions and the inauguration of the New Autonomous Region of Papua which has been carried out by the Central Government.
The Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia (Wapres RI), KH Ma’ruf Amin is very optimistic in assessing that the existence of a New Autonomous Region (DOB) in Papua will be a trigger for increasing the welfare of the people in Cenderawasih Earth. Not only that, but of course there is also an increase in the art of facilities and infrastructure.
Furthermore, the Vice President also added that with the existence of several new provinces in Papua, it really needs to be addressed that the Papua New Guinea is a form of game changer. The reason is, this will significantly increase development and also the quality of the public on Cenderawasih Earth itself.
Everything will change, including the development design and public services that have been happening so far. With the division of new regions or autonomous regions in Papua, the form of public services will be even closer to the grassroots and reach the people even to remote areas.
For this reason, because of the various good impacts that can be generated from the division of regions in Papua, the people in Bumi Cenderawasih themselves deserve to continue to be invited to play an active role in efforts to increase their enthusiasm, including how to build and generate optimal goodwill, especially for the development and welfare of the people in Papua itself.
The existence of the Papua New Guinea, which was inaugurated directly by the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri RI), Tito Karnavian, is a very real form of commitment and hard work carried out by the Indonesian Government. Therefore, with this strong development intention, the whole community should also support it with new enthusiasm, new determination, and a new design so that all these efforts are able to produce optimal results for Papua.
In the same vein, Minister of Home Affairs Tito also stated that the formation of the Papua New Guinea will certainly be able to have a positive impact on the good of the people in Cenderawasih Earth, one of which is to spur public services that will be able to occur much better or optimally.
This, namely an increase in people’s welfare and the existence of public services that are able to reach the entire community down to the grassroots so that the shortening of the bureaucracy itself is actually something that all people in Papua have really wanted for a long time.
The reason is, with the existence of optimal public services and by shortening the bureaucracy, it will be very easy for the people themselves when they want to arrange permits, such as when they want to take care of business permits, then everything will become easy.
Not only with regard to licensing for doing business, but when they want to arrange permits regarding their children’s education, starting from the elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), senior high school (SMA) even at the madrasah level, various kinds of management has been provided and is very accessible to the community.
Of course, when it is very easy for the community to take care of all kinds of permits, it will accelerate the development of Cenderawasih Earth.
According to Tito Karnavian, the improvement and optimization of public services is getting better because all of these things are obtained with the existence of a government center that has a closer distance to each of the people, because the regional expansion or new autonomous region of Papua has been determined.
So, of course when the center of government in each region becomes closer to the people themselves, they will also automatically get more optimal public services, so that later when people want to take care of something they no longer need to come all the way to Jayapura.
On the other hand, it is absolutely undeniable that actually Papua itself has enormous potential, because it does not only come from abundant natural wealth, but also an increase in security stability in each of its regions after the division of the region.
When security stability continues to occur in every region in Papua, then of course it will also be able to make the wheels of government, the economy and development run very, very smoothly.
For this reason, it is indeed very important to continue to maintain cohesiveness among all elements of society in Papua, including the local regional governments (Pemda), governors to regents, who will also continue to be assisted by all security forces starting from the TNI, Polri and BIN, as well as the prosecutor’s office and all community leaders, both migrants and indigenous Papuans (OAP).
The inauguration of the regional division or new autonomous region of Papua which has been carried out by the Central Government is of course able to significantly participate in increasing the optimization of public services.
