Papuan youth who are members of the Inspiring Young Papua (PMI) fully support efforts to help improve the quality of young Papuan human resources. They gave their high appreciation for the planned inauguration of the PYCH building which will indeed be able to improve the welfare of the whole community.
The Papua Youth Creative Hub (PYCH) building was built very magnificently. Not only related to its splendor, but inside it also has very complete facilities to support the interests, talents and creativity of young people in the Land of Papua.
For information, the construction of the PYCH building will later be used and utilized by the Inspiring Young Papuans (PMI) in carrying out their work program, which aims to improve the welfare of the people in Papua and West Papua.
Not only alone, but PMI will also collaborate , carry out self-development and also continue to be the motor of development for young human resources in Bumi Cend Rawasih.
For the construction of the Papua Youth Creative Hub (PYCH) Building, PMI expresses its gratitude specifically to the President of the Republic of Indonesia (RI), Joko Widodo and to the Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), General Pol (Purn) Budi Gunawan for government support for the development.
PMI Secretary for Papua Province, Vitha Faidiban said that the building was indeed extraordinary and able to help young Papuans to continue to be creative and innovate. Of course, with the presence of this building, it will help the young generation of Papua to create many works and do everything they can for the good of all people in the Land of Papua.
It should be noted that in the construction of the PYCH building, there are many facilities such as rooms for MSME products, training rooms, meeting rooms, multipurpose rooms, fun rooms that can be used for co-working spaces, technology learning facilities and a library.
Not only that, but inside there is also a tribune-shaped room that has a capacity of up to 300 people, which can be used for performances , religious activities and so on. The PYCH building is also equipped with internet that has speeds of up to 100 Mbps, CCTV to the control room .
Regarding how the government cares deeply about the younger generation in Papua, the Indonesian Millennial and Student Alliance (AMMI) gives President Jokowi a very high appreciation. AMMI coordinator, Nurkhasanah stated that indeed the Head of State is very focused on developing the quality of young human resources, and the Land of Papua is no exception. In fact, according to him, the form of concern that is owned by the Government of Indonesia, which was shown directly by President Jokowi and the Head of Bin, General Pol (Purn) Budi Gunawan in supporting and building the PYCH Building is a concrete manifestation.
He then hopes that the Papua Youth Creative Hub Building will be able to produce innovative products such as start-ups that can accommodate many MSME products from people in Papua. It is also undeniable that he considers that development in Indonesia since the era of President Jokowi’s leadership is currently oriented towards equal distribution of the national economy. So that what is happening in the field is not only development that is centered on the island of Java or Java-centric , but also that development is really being carried out evenly on various islands that perhaps were rarely paid attention to before.
Similarly, the person in charge of the Yospan dance competition, Paulina Ruwayari, also thanked President Jokowi and the Head of BIN for the support in the construction of the PYCH building and all the programs experienced by young Papuans . He invited Papuan youths to take advantage of this magnificent building with complete facilities to develop themselves.
On the other hand, young Papuans also welcomed it very well and were full of enthusiasm ahead of the inauguration of the PYCH Building by President Jokowi in Jayapura in the near future. Paulina Ruwayari as the person in charge of one of the pre-event events admitted that she was very happy and enthusiastic.
Paulina also expressed her gratitude to President Jokowi and the Head of BIN for the support in the construction of the PYCH Building, as well as all the programs that have been carried out and have had an impact and been felt by young Papuans. Furthermore, he also invited the younger generation of Papua to take advantage of the building in carrying out self-development.
Because the PYCH building will indeed be used by PMI, which is an organization assisted by BIN, has a duty to bring new enthusiasm to young people in the Land of Papua. Through this organization, it is hoped that the young generation of Bumi Cenderawasih can implement their potential and creative ideas in order to participate in accelerating community welfare.
