CIDISS – Minister of trading has been decided price of reference for seven commodities which hope as instrument to decrease and create the stabilization the price of necessity need. The seven commodities are 1) rice, 2) Corn, 3) Soybean, 4) Sugar, 5) Onion, 6) chili, and 7) meat.
Minister of Trading, Enggartiasto Lukita, in the press release said that the price of reference has purpose for guarantee the availability, stabilization, and price in both farmer and consumer level. The party hopes by price of reference, the farmer will more be prosperous, seller gets more profit, and consumer will get low price.
The price of reference of seven commodities is on minister of trading regulation (Permendag) Nomor 63/MDAG/PER/09/2016 about price of reference purchase in farmer and price of reference selling in consumer level. The decision about price of reference is implementing of president regulation no 71 year 2015 about decided and storage the necessity need and important goods.
In the regulation, decided two kind of price of reference for each commodity, they are price of reference purchase in farmer and price of reference selling in consumer level. The price of reference will be valid for next four month and will be evaluate according to condition.
The implementation of price of reference hoper will control the price in consumer; moreover will give benefit for farmer and breeder. The price as reference for perum bulog and BUMN (State Minister for State Owned Enterprises) as effort control the price in market.
In the beginning regulations are;
– The price of reference for purchase the rice in farmer level is IDR 7.300, and in consumer level is IDR 9.500.
– The price of reference for purchase corn in farmer level is IDR 3.150 (15 % water intensity), IDR 3.050 (20 % water intensity), IDR 2.850 (25 % water intensity), IDR 2.750 (30 % water intensity) and IDR 2.500 (35 % water intensity). In consumer level is IDR 3.650 for curah and IDR 3.750 packed up.
– The price of reference for purchase the soybean in farmer level is IDR 8.500 for local and IDR 6.550 for import, meanwhile for producer of tahu and tempe is IDR 9.200 for local and IDR 6.800 for import.
– The price of reference for purchase the sugar in farmer level is IDR 9.100 and IDR 11.000 for auction price. In consumer level is IDR 13.000.
– The price of reference for purchase the onion in farmer level is IDR 15.000 for wet konde (bunch), IDR 18.300 for askip konde (bunch), IDR 22.500 for rogol askip (bunch) and in consumer level is IDR 32.000.
– The price of reference for purchase the chili in farmer level is IDR 15.000 for cabai merah besar dan keriting (red big and curly chili), IDR 17.000 for rawit chili, and in consumer level is IDR 28.500 for cabai merah besar dan keriting (red big and curly chili), IDR 29.000 for rawit chili.
– The price of reference purchasing meat in consumer level, fresh meat or chilled is IDR 98.000 for front thigh, IDR 105.000 for back thigh, IDR 80.000 for sanding lamur, IDR 50.000 for tetelan, and frozen meat is IDR 80.000 for cow meat and IDR 65.000 for buffalo.
