Maluku – District Court ( PN ) Ambon , has sentenced the defendants alleged treason Republic of South Mollucas ( RMS ) with varying prison sentences on January 22nd, 2015 . The defendant when he heard the verdict of the judges , accompanied by Defense Team ( PH ) respectively , Yacob Akihary , Hendrik Lisikoi , and Julius Weno
” As reported in the Prosecutor’s indictment ( Prosecutor) stated that all defendants proved to have been experimenting treason against the state , ” said Suko Hartono as Chief Judge at the trial .
Based on the results of evidence in the previous trial , the Ambon District Court sentenced the alleged trial only , and is not subject to Article act of treason .
” That is the reason why the defendants receive long prison sentence with a range of one to three years , ” he said further.

Simon Saiya was found guilty of violating Article 106 Jo Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code which leads to treason and sentenced / imprisonment for 3 years and 6 months , cut temporary detention period for 9 months .
Mathias Mahlidan found guilty of violating Article 164 Jo Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code that leads to action Makar who want to secede from the Republic of Indonesia and sentenced to imprisonment for 1 year cut temporary detention period for 9 months .
Frans Sinmiasa convicted in Article 106 Jo Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code which leads to treason and sentenced to imprisonment for 4 years reduced the period of detention while for 9 months .
Buce Manuhutu guilty of violating Article 164 Jo Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code because perbuatanya leads to treason and sentenced / imprisonment for 1 year cut temporary detention period for 9 months .
Nikolas Soisa found guilty of violating Article 164 Jo Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code because perbuatanya leads to treason and sentenced / imprisonment for 1 year .
Paul Kirkof found guilty of violating Article 106 Jo Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code because perbuatanya participated leads to treason and convict for 3 years and 6 months cut temporary detention .
William Lawalata guilty of Article 110 Jo Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code because it leads to the plots perbuatanya want to secede from the Republic of Indonesia and sentenced to imprisonment for 3 years 6 months cut temporary detention .
Isak Leatemia Jo subject to Article 110 , paragraph 1 of article 55 of the Criminal Code because it leads to the plots perbuatanya want to secede from the Republic of Indonesia and sentenced to imprisonment for 1 year term cut temporary detention .
