Pulang Pisau, Kalimantan Tengah, CIDISS – The region own source is the most important thing to lean the development of the area. It use for build the public facility, like street, bridge, etc. The biggest region own source in any region, the development will grow fast.
Licensing office in the Regency Level (Kantor Pelayanan Perijinan Terpadu / KPPT) Pulang Pisau (Pulpis) set teeth increasing the Region own source Revenue (pendapatan asli daerah/PAD) from retribution sector. One of is retribution from wallet nest.
The head of KPPT Pulpis, Hanafi, like published on Borneo News, Thursday (15/1/2015), said that licensing did not work maximal. “Last year, only retribution licensing disturbing has given contribution for PAD. While, other licensing didn’t work maximal,” said him.
It was because, said him, most of the licensing still on the SKPD. Other licensing under KPPT has not taken charge or retribution. But, the target of PAD from licensing HO has reached, about IDR 350 millions. While retribution of licensing wallet nest, this year, his side will do re-register. So, the data will more accurate.
He assumed, his side has coordinated to Satpol PP Pulpis and they were ready to support this target. “It will coordinate for re-registration in order more accurate and we can optimal,” said Hanafi.
Previous year, the region of Pulpis has disposition of evaluation of regional regulation (Peraturan Daerah/Perda) no.3 year 2011 about retribution licensing building of wallet nest and Perda no.11 year 2011 about retribution special licensing to expert staff, Farisco JS Ibat. It was because, both of Perda was not working properly, so, taking tax for PAD was insignificant.
