The problem of foreign workers working in Indonesia in the first half of the past is hot news. Especially workers from China. Problems that arise as the documents until the inequality or given salary differentials between foreign workers to labor in the country.
Chief of Police Public Relations Division Inspector General of Police Amar Joey Boy said police investigating the corporations that employ foreign workers illegally. One of the cases that have recently occurred that catching 18 foreign workers (TKA) from China in Cihideung Village, Cigudeg Subdistrict, Bogor. The foreign workers were allegedly violated permit to stay in Indonesia.
Boy said that people linked checked visas, employment permits, the company that employs people who do not have permission, could be subject to legal sanctions. In the case in Bogor, from 18 TKA, only six people could only show temporary residence card (Kitas) and passport. So that similar incidents do not reoccur, Boy remind corporations to supervise the legality of their workers well. If caught employing illegal workers, then the corporation can be sued.
Boy said that a lot of signs that led them to the fact that Indonesia is not for the purpose of tourism. Camouflage travel, but the work then there are consequences. Previously, foreign workers allegedly illegal land was secured in the mine owned by PT Bintang Cindai Mineral Geology (BCMG). They are secured while resting. If it violates the foreign workers were to be deported to their home country. Officers also secured a passport, money and cell phone as evidence.
In fact many foreign workers who do not complete the document when working in a company in Indonesia.
