The implementation of the New Normal or Adaptation of new habits is based on the Decree of the Minister of Health Number HK.01.07 / MENKES / 328/2020 concerning Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 in Office and Industrial Workplaces in Support of Business Continuity in Pandemic Situations.

Based on these provisions, it is clearly stated that the New Habit Adaptation (AKB) is basically more applied in the office environment and the business world in order to ensure the rotation of the economy. However, in reality, many are mistaken with the implementation of the IMR as a new life order that seems to free every community to leave the house on condition that they apply health protocols.

Apart from being mistaken about IMR, people have also begun to neglect implementing health protocols and tend to think that IMR is a time when Covid-19 is no longer scary, because it is considered a normal phase with several updates.

Unfortunately, this is fatal because it can increase the number of Covid-19 transmissions again. Therefore, the government has begun to issue several policies that can be used as a basis for law enforcement for parties who do not comply with health protocols such as Presidential Instruction Number 6 of 2020 concerning Improved Discipline and Enforcement of Health Protocols.

The Presidential Instruction on Increasing Discipline and Enforcement of Health Protocols is a signal to the public that health protocols are serious matters to be obeyed and guided by all levels of society.

Presidential Instruction Number 6 of 2020 is a good regulation in encouraging the involvement of various elements in taking a persuasive approach regarding enforcement of the implementation of health protocols, as well as being a legal umbrella for local governments to formulate sanctions according to local wisdom in their regions. Various other efforts have also been made as supporting factors to increase awareness and understanding directly or indirectly through online media and social media. Various messages, appeals, even positive propaganda continue to be pushed for the common interest.

However, there is still invalid information or hoaxes milling about on social media, thus ignoring the public about the dangers of the spread of Covid-19, therefore it takes an active role for all elements of society to fight hoaxes and negative content around the New Habit Adaptation Era by spreading narratives. optimism of course.

Thus discipline in implementing health protocols becomes an effort to consciously cut the spread of Covid-19 and fight together against the spread of Covid-19 by making the New Habit Adaptation Era successful.
