CIDISS, Central Kalimantan – A number of mining company that ignore reclamation area ex mining, it became a problem to regency of Barito Utara, Central Kalimantan. Some members of Regional House of People’s Representatives Barito Utara press to regional government, especially department of mines and energy.
Member of DPRD Barito Utara, Henny Rosgiaty Rusli, like quote in Borneo News, Thursday (2/4), said that regional government must give deadline to company for reclamation ex mining. “Regional government must give sanction to company till they do their obligation, then the sanction will be recover after they did their obligation,”
Henny also said that the way is good, in order company will loyal to rules through their activity in the field. “Not easy to left ex mining,”
On the other side, management of PT Victor Tiga Mega, Ben Pasila, said that his company has done reclamation of some of their mine. Meanwhile, left has not reclamation yet, because management regulation in his company.
