Jakarta – The Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program rolled out by the Government continues to receive serious attention, especially in terms of the quality of its implementation and acceleration of its distribution. The government is committed to ensuring that every child has access to nutritious food, so that it can create a healthy, productive generation that is ready to face future challenges.

President Prabowo Subianto emphasized that his party will continue to strive to perfect this program, so that it can reach all children without exception.

“The government is committed to perfecting the Free Nutritious Meals Program, so that this program can reach all children in Indonesia, especially those in remote and underprivileged areas. This program is a long-term investment for the future of the nation,” said President Prabowo.

Meanwhile, the Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Dadan Hindayana, expressed the importance of quality in the implementation of MBG. This program is not only implemented faster, but also with better quality. The success of this program requires hard work from local governments, related agencies, and the community.

“This MBG program is not only a government policy, but also a shared challenge. All parties must play an active role so that this program can run effectively, quickly, and on target,” said Dadan.

Acting. Director of Budget for Human Development and Humanity, Directorate General of Budget, Diah Dwi Utami, emphasized that good nutrition not only benefits individuals, but also accelerates the economic growth of a country.

“Good nutrition is the foundation of a healthy and productive generation. The Free Nutritious Meal Program is not only beneficial for broader social welfare, but can also reduce inequality in access to healthy food, which in turn can accelerate the economic development of our country,” said Diah.

The MBG program has a direct impact on the social welfare of the community. Children who receive good nutrition from an early age tend to have better academic achievements, stronger immune systems, and optimal intelligence levels. This will certainly form the next generation who are able to contribute more to the development of the country.
