Government spokesman for the handling of the corona virus Achad Yurianto said, several regions had also sought various innovations in fighting co-19 transmission. One of them is by monitoring the mobility of the population in their area.

Previously, the Minister of the Interior (Mendagri) Tito Karnavi had issued Circular Number 440/2622 / SJ concerning the establishment of a task force for the acceleration of handling of co-19 in the regions.

The Director of Disaster and Fire Management in the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) Syafrizal said that the existence of the SE was aimed at making the regional head the head of the task force for handling co-19 acceleration in the regions.

The Circular contains a request to the regional government in this case the Governor, Regent or Mayor to carry out measures aimed at dealing with the corona virus outbreak.

In addition, the Circular also wrote related to the authority of the regional government to determine the emergency status of the 19th disaster alert, with a study conducted by BPBD and District / City / Provincial Health Services.

One of the Covid-19 Task Forces in Asahan Regency has also attempted to break the chain of the spread of the corona virus in the Regency.

Asahan District Task Force Team Leader Surya said that the Asahan Regency Asran Dekran Asran Regional Task Force building will temporarily function as Asahan Regency Covid-19 Task Force team post.

Surya explained that this activity was a national activity carried out throughout Indonesia in the handling and prevention of Covid-19 which became a national outbreak.

Asahan District is currently in an emergency alert status and it hopes that the state of emergency alert status does not change to an emergency response condition in Asahan Regency.

The spraying was carried out using 1 unit of water canon car from Asahan Police Station and 4 units of fire trucks from PP Asahan Regency.

Where the route to be carried out in the implementation of the spraying starts from the Dekranasda Building, Jalan Cokroaminoto Kisaran, Imam Bonjol Kisaran Street, Sisingamangaraja Kisaran Street and Back to the Dekranasda building.

Meanwhile , Asahan Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner Nugroho Dwi Karyanto said the Asvid Regency Covid-19 task force team had been engaged in anticipating the spread of Covid-19 Asahan Regency by checking body temperature and sterilization to migrant workers from Malays who returned to Asahan Regency.

This is an achievement for the task force team, because it becomes a reference for other regencies / cities.

On the other hand, Nugroho explained that he would monitor the Indonesian Workers (TKI) who decided to return or go home to Asahan Regency.

He also asked the Asahan Regency Government to provide information and appeals through the media to the public about the development of co-19 in Asahan District.
