Covid-19 or corona virus has become a global pandemic in Indonesia, the movement of people from big cities to their hometowns makes the number of PDP and ODP increase sharply. The community also follows the Government’s official appeal and has the awareness that Covid-19 is a virus that is harmful to anyone, whether healthy or sick.

Without the support and care of the public to comply with the appeal or instructions from the government, this will certainly make it difficult for many parties to break the chain of distribution of co-op19.

The World Health Organization (WHO), has established the corona virus outbreak as a global pandemic, including Indonesia, which is the most exposed country, where the number of victims continues to increase with the spread and transmission that is accelerating and spreading to remote areas.

The co-Pandemic19 has had a comprehensive social, economic and human rights impact, especially on vulnerable groups. The closure of teaching and learning activities at school or campus, of course has an impact on the microeconomic sector around the school / campus.

At present, the government absolutely prohibits various activities that could potentially create crowds, events such as grand recitals, music concerts, or sports matches are also not allowed as long as this pandemic is not over.

Unfortunately, there were still people who had ignored the appeal, as happened in Gading Wetan Village, Probolinggo District, where the Police were assisted by the TNI and were forced to disperse volleyball matches between villages.

Probolinggo Police Chief Ferdy Irawan AKBP appealed that the crowds should return to their homes to prevent the spread of the corona virus.

In the dissolution. Also involved are village heads and local village officials. Head of Gading Wetan Village, Supriyono, said that in addition to disperse volleyball friendship participants, the police also visited the village’s tourist destination.

The arrival of the police was due to visitors. Even though the management has given an appeal if the tourist location is temporarily closed based on instructions from the Regent of Probolinggo.

We also need to know, based on a report from the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in the beginning, the covid-19 virus was carried by foreign nationals (WNA), and over time, the spread process then became a local transmission.

That is, the process of spreading covid19 is no longer coming from people who come to Indonesia, but this virus has become endemic in the midst of society. Local transmission means the process of spreading the virus has occurred between individuals in the midst of the community.

This then became a reference for the central government to directly declare an emergency status on March 14, 2020. From that date, the graph of positive cases covid19 was already at 3,512 cases and 49 percent of these figures were in Jakarta. At present the lift continues to grow and increasingly spread.

Meanwhile, the Governor of Maluku, Murad Ismail, appealed to the whole community to stay indoors, conduct physical distancing and hand washing.

The appeal was welcomed with high enthusiasm from the community. But in fact there are still some people who exclude the appeal. Related to this exclusion is because there is a kind of behavioral symptoms that tend to be “crazy” in the community.

One of the gossiping behavior that we often encounter is, there are people who don’t want to wear masks when they are outside the home.

In addition, there are still those who decide to go back and forth to their hometown, where going home to their hometown is one of the sources of the corona virus transmission.

At present the appeal from the government is indeed something that cannot be avoided for the common good. Governors, Regents, Camats, Kades to RW levels, must continue to play an active role and urge people not to leave.

Swallowing and apathetic attitude towards the government appeal, the edges are not only dangerous to oneself, but also dangerous for those who are healthy or have DM and lung disease.

In this co-19 pandemic, we are all being tested, both physically, mentally and financially. Government recommendations for physical distance, wearing masks, diligent hand washing, of course must be obeyed by all parties, so that this epidemic can end soon.
