The government has pushed the draft Work Creation Bill ( Ciptaker Bill ) to the DPR. The proposed regulation is one solution to increase investment and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Even though Indonesia is being hit by the Corona storm, the performance of state institutions must continue to operate . Including the Indonesian Parliament which is still working on the completion of the Draft Omnibus law bill. In the midst of a pandemic that is increasingly worrying, many hopes have begun to be realized, including efforts to create a better investment climate.
Ordinary people to professional observers may not expect , the challenges of heavy economic growth will be more severe due to Covid- 19 . It is not without reason if the government previously discussed implementing Omnibus law Cipta Karya immediately. P ime Frame it indeed needs to be underlined. Many people think that Omnibus law will only blunt down when the implementation is realized . However, a number of observers agree that this Omnibus law will provide many benefits. Like, developing the quality of human resources through training with pre-employment programs. The program is rumored to be launched in April 2020, with a target audience of up to 2 million. Interestingly, the public can follow the course or training anywhere in the range of cost Rp 3 million to 7 million more are free .
Training free of Cuma is mentioned for the sake of lowering the unemployment rate, so the Government will also mend orong program place and train . The government will ask HR related companies what they need. And then the country will fund the training process.
Thus, there will be patterns that benefit one another. This increase in HR is not only useful for work in one informal sector. However, the community can utilize its ability to develop their own business. If business licensing becomes easier, there is a possibility that employment will be more widely opened. The community does not need to bother looking for work. They will immediately be able to open jobs and help other workers in need.
It is precisely these SMEs that will be able to become a breakthrough for the country . Provision of jobs that are not tied to agencies will be more balanced. So, it is not only in the factory or informal sector. But it can be evenly and mutually sustainable. which in turn will also have an impact on decreasing the number of unemployed, and soaring shared prosperity. Therefore, we must support this actual program. We guard the implementation so that everything is right on target. Just as we expected. Don’t be a frog in the shell. It’s time to open up to be better.
