The bomb terror incident at Medan Mapolrestabes on Wednesday (11/13/2019) showed the real threat of radicalism. The community also supports early prevention programs through deradicalization efforts to prevent the recurrence of acts of terrorism in the country.
The suicide bomb incident occurred again. The culprit was allegedly exposed to radical understanding through the internet. Various propaganda and provocation related to this understanding, in fact also play a role.
The government continues to make concrete efforts to suppress radicalism. Indeed, everything requires a process and time, because, spread like this can not necessarily be overcome. One caught another grew again, another healed appeared again. There’s no way we suspect someone one by one right? Therefore, the appeal, warning, and also advice from the government should be carried out by all parties and elements of society to the bottom line. Because, this is indeed important. The success of a program will certainly be nearing perfection if the involvement of both parties (government and community) is able to work together.
If one party runs on its own how will national security stability be realized. Then the application should start from yourself. Tolerance awareness and instill 4 pillars of nationality will also help avoid exposure to radicalism.
