According to Imam Gunawan, a student from Abul Yatama University, efforts to manage Aceh’s wealth potential from young people are by providing a forum for young people to gather in order to improve the business ecosystem.
A forum for the association of young human resources in Aceh, to improve the business ecosystem in Rencong Country, namely through the Aneuk Muda Aceh Excellent and Great Program initiated by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN).
According to Hajimi, a student from Gajah Putih University, the AMANAH program itself has a very big role because through the realization of this institution, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) through BIN is strongly committed to providing wide open space for the nation’s youth in order to continue to develop innovation, creativity and also their local creative economy products so that Aceh’s potential wealth will also be utilized optimally.
It is also important for young men and women from the Veranda of Mecca, that they participate in joining the AMANAH program, because by doing so, they have also contributed to increasing the independence of the nation’s children. Likewise, Chairman of the Student Council (DEMA) of the State Islamic University (UIN) Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, Ilham Rizki Maulana assessed that the program initiated by the institution led by Police General (Purn) Tan Sri Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan comes with lots of facilities in it, which are specifically provided only to young Acehnese human resources.
These various facilities aim to ensure that Serambi Mecca’s young human resources (HR) are able to continue to realize all their creative ideas through maximum coaching and training, so that later they will develop and be able to maximize the potential of Aceh’s wealth.
The realization of the Aneuk Muda Aceh Excellent and Great program is clearly able to help empower the young human resources of Rencong State so that there are more opportunities for them to make a positive active contribution to managing Aceh’s wealth potential.
This happens because in the AMANAH Program itself, starting from players in the creative industry to the successors of the nation’s young generation, they will receive a lot of training so that their creativity will be honed optimally.
So, Acehnese youth will certainly get lots of positive opportunities when they join the program initiated by BIN RI. In it, young human resources will be formed as pioneers in changing the local economy through a lot of training.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of Al Muslim University, Bireuen Regency, Agus Maulana, stated that Aneuk Muda Aceh is Excellent and Great, helping the nation’s young generation to take part in managing Aceh’s wealth potential.
The reason is, they will get a lot of very useful provisions through guidance so that young people will be able to continue to develop their wealth potential, including local Rencong products to be processed into highly competitive products.
Great hopes fall on the next generation, especially those who take part in the AMANAH Program, to be able to manage Aceh’s own potential wealth into the future, so that this wealth does not decline or is instead managed by outside parties.
At least it is projected that in the next 10 to 20 years, Veranda of Mecca will be filled with professional human resources (HR) according to their respective skills and who have creative and innovative thinking to manage their own natural resources (SDA).
In this case, the Indonesian Government through BIN has prepared an arena for young talents to achieve greater achievements. Because young people have high creative abilities, it is important to give them opportunities to be able to manage the enormous potential wealth of their region. Young people usually have high enthusiasm, they also want freedom and want everything to happen in an orderly manner. So it would be very fitting if the young generation in Aceh could join together in AMANAH, because in it all the needs of the youth have been provided so that they can be empowered to manage Aceh’s potential wealth in their own hands.
